Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT Field, business, management or other related field.
- 2-3 years’ experience in project management, project leader, project coordinator or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in quality control/assurance processes and data reporting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams, eksternal teams and all stakeholder .
- Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodology.
- Detail oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in execution and reporting.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa.
Not essential but all great if you had the following
- Experience working in IoT project
- Experience of working with government, collaborate with foreigners, agencies & rights holders
- Able to speak Japanese languages
- CAPM or PSM 1 certified
Job Description:
Team Management and Technical Support
- Together with the Squad leader, IT Managerial and all stakeholder, oversee and monitor project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate mobilization of the experts based on the project workplan, or upon the advice of the Squad Leader and or PM Leader.
- Monitor quality of project outputs and contribute to quality assurance of reports and other deliverables, specifically lead the review, editing and formatting of project reports.
- Ensure QA process is followed, and reports comply with client requirements and expectations.
- Participate and support the Sales team in project acquisition other business development activities whenever needed.
- Ensure multiple Client projects are delivered to high standard, on-budget, on-time and on-Scope.
- Manage teams on complex projects and be able to adapt to change/challenges and/or manage conflicting requests.
Communication and Stakeholder Engagement
- Maintain good relations clients, key stakeholders and third party (if needed).
- Ensure client and project team satisfaction.
- Coordinate internal and external communications.
