DayaLima Recruitment, on behalf of our client in industrial product industry, is currently searching for a position with the following details:

Chief Financial Officer

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field,

2. Minimum 15 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CFO, Finance Director, VP Finance, or equivalent),

3. Experience working in a publicly listed company is mandatory,

4. Experience in industrial sectors such as Steel, Manufacturing, Industrial Gas, Engineering, Energy, or related industries is an advantage,

5. Proven experience in financial planning & analysis, treasury, taxation, corporate finance, and regulatory compliance,

6. Experienced in managing banking facilities, working capital, project financing, capital expenditure (CAPEX), and investment analysis,

7. Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, corporate governance, risk management, and capital market regulations,

8. Experience with ERP systems is required; SAGE experience is a strong advantage.

Job Descriptions

1. Lead the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term business plans across holding and business units,

2. Monitor financial performance, including revenue, gross profit, EBITDA, net profit, cash flow, working capital, AR/AP aging, project profitability and others; provide corrective action plans where necessary,

3. Oversee accounting, treasury, taxation, and financial reporting activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports,

1. Manage company liquidity, cash flow forecasting, banking facilities, debt obligations, covenant compliance, and financing requirements,

2. Evaluate CAPEX proposals, project financing opportunities, and strategic investments through financial modeling and investment analysis,

3. Drive cost optimization initiatives, margin improvement programs, and operational efficiency across business functions,

4. Lead inventory valuation, costing analysis, and profitability review for steel, industrial gas, and manufacturing operations,

5. Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, banks, investors, regulators, and other key stakeholders,

6. Ensure compliance with OJK, BEI, PSAK, taxation regulations, and other public company reporting requirements,

7. Establish financial governance, internal controls, risk management frameworks, and approval authority matrices to safeguard company assets and business continuity,

8. Support Board of Directors and Commissioners through financial insights, business performance analysis, strategic recommendations, and corporate action initiatives,

9. Lead and develop Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams to ensure strong execution and succession readiness.
