Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Management, Food Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in merchandising, category management, or buying, preferably in supermarkets, retail, food & beverage, or FMCG.
Strong understanding of culinary products, fresh food, deli, bakery, ready-to-eat meals, and food trends.
Experience in product sourcing, vendor management, assortment planning, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance, inventory levels, gross margin, and market trends.
Proven ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and favorable commercial terms.
Good understanding of inventory management, stock rotation, shrinkage control, and demand forecasting.
Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with merchandising or ERP systems.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
Willing to work in Bali and travel between stores and suppliers when required.
