We are a growing PMA company specializing in importing premium fashion products. Our team is passionate about style, efficiency, and global collaboration. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Import Logistic Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Handle all import documentation (PIB, COO, Invoice, Packing List, B/L, etc.) and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
Coordinate shipment schedules with suppliers, forwarders, and customs brokers.
Monitor cargo movement from origin to destination and resolve any shipping issues or delays.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, duties, and import licenses.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth product flow to warehouse and distribution channels.
Prepare regular shipment reports and cost summaries.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in import logistics, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
Good understanding of Indonesia’s import procedures and customs clearance.
Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with ERP or logistic systems.
