JOB ROLE : CEO OFFICE INTERN
ABOUT US
OMG Brands is an F&B company behind OMG Bowls & OMG Pasta and other food concepts (@ohmagad.bowls & @ohmagad.pasta). Currently OMG Brands is on the verge of a rapid expansion from small to large scale. We operate multiple outlets and are continuously improving our systems, operations, marketing, customer experience, and expansion initiatives.
This role is not a typical internship.
You will work directly with the Founder and gain exposure to real business operations, strategic decision-making, problem solving, project management, and company growth initiatives.
If you enjoy learning how businesses actually run behind the scenes, this role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple functions including operations, marketing, HR, finance, purchasing, and business development.
YOUR MISSION
- Help the Founder stay focused on high-impact decisions by ensuring projects, tasks, meetings, and follow-ups are organized and executed effectively.
- You are not here to just to be personal assistant.
- You are here to become the Founder’s right hand team member.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Project & Task Management
- Maintain and organize the Founder's task list and priorities.
- Track ongoing projects across all departments.
- Follow up with team members regarding deadlines and deliverables.
- Ensure action items from meetings are completed.
B. CEO Office Support
- Prepare daily and weekly priority summaries.
- Organize schedules and meetings.
- Take meeting notes and convert discussions into actionable tasks.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
- Consolidate information from different departments.
C. Cross-Department Coordination
Work closely with :
- Operations.
- Marketing.
- HRGA.
- Purchasing.
- Finance.
- Customer Service.
- Other relevant departments.
D. Responsibilities include :
- Gathering updates.
- Following up on pending tasks.
- Escalating important issues.
- Ensuring communication does not get lost between departments.
