JOB ROLE : CEO OFFICE INTERN 


ABOUT US

OMG Brands is an F&B company behind OMG Bowls & OMG Pasta and other food concepts (@ohmagad.bowls & @ohmagad.pasta). Currently OMG Brands is on the verge of a rapid expansion from small to large scale. We operate multiple outlets and are continuously improving our systems, operations, marketing, customer experience, and expansion initiatives.


This role is not a typical internship.


You will work directly with the Founder and gain exposure to real business operations, strategic decision-making, problem solving, project management, and company growth initiatives.

If you enjoy learning how businesses actually run behind the scenes, this role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple functions including operations, marketing, HR, finance, purchasing, and business development.


YOUR MISSION

  1. Help the Founder stay focused on high-impact decisions by ensuring projects, tasks, meetings, and follow-ups are organized and executed effectively.
  2. You are not here to just to be personal assistant.
  3. You are here to become the Founder’s right hand team member.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Project & Task Management

  1. Maintain and organize the Founder's task list and priorities.
  2. Track ongoing projects across all departments.
  3. Follow up with team members regarding deadlines and deliverables.
  4. Ensure action items from meetings are completed.


B. CEO Office Support

  1. Prepare daily and weekly priority summaries.
  2. Organize schedules and meetings.
  3. Take meeting notes and convert discussions into actionable tasks.
  4. Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
  5. Consolidate information from different departments.


C. Cross-Department Coordination

Work closely with :

  1. Operations.
  2. Marketing.
  3. HRGA.
  4. Purchasing.
  5. Finance.
  6. Customer Service.
  7. Other relevant departments.


D. Responsibilities include :

  1. Gathering updates.
  2. Following up on pending tasks.
  3. Escalating important issues.
  4. Ensuring communication does not get lost between departments.

Support the Founder in :

  1. New outlet openings.
  2. Operational improvements.
  3. SOP development.
  4. Process optimization.
  5. Business research.
  6. Data analysis.
