Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients within the Tech or IT industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing account renewals and retention, and providing exceptional support across multiple communication channels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, resolve concerns, and help them maximize the value of the company's products and services.
Qualifications
- Experience in Account Management handling clients in the Tech or IT industry.
- Experience with enterprise-level client engagement.
- Proven experience in customer retention and account renewals.
- Experience providing multi-channel support via email, chat, phone, and video conferencing.
- Proficient in using CRM tools.
- Preferred: At least 1 year of recent BPO experience.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of hardware, software, and systems administration concepts.
- Willing to undergo 5 months of onsite training and work on a hybrid setup thereafter.
Work Setup
- Training: Onsite for 5 months.
- Hybrid Schedule:
- Monday & Friday – Work from Home
- Tuesday, Wednesday &Thursday – Onsite
Salary & Benefits
- Up to PHP 45,000 Basic Salary
- PHP 3,000 Non-Taxable Allowance
