Job Summary
We're looking for customer-focused and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for our Travel (Non-Lodging) Account. If you enjoy helping people and want to build a rewarding career in the BPO industry, this is a great opportunity to grow with us.
As part of our team, you'll assist customers with travel-related inquiries such as flight bookings, itinerary changes, reservations, cancellations, and general travel support while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with travel-related inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
- Provide support for flight bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, refunds, and other travel services.
- Deliver accurate information regarding travel policies, schedules, and available options.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions in company systems.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
- Follow company policies and maintain the confidentiality of customer information.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
- Previous customer service or BPO experience is an advantage but not required unless specified.
- Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply.
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays, if required.
- Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
