Job Description:
- Conduct Body Repair & Paint Dealer Operations Standards (BRP-DOS) evaluation, implementation and continuous process improvements in Dealers
- Perform administration and coordination jobs for the BRP and Dealer Standards Unit
- Collect business & process KPIs (Key Performance Indices) from the dealers
- Analyze gathered/collected data from the dealers
- Provide recommendations/action plans to improve the current business standing of the dealers
- Assist and provide support to dealers so that given targets will be achieved
- Provide support in the development of training materials for BRP personnel, whenever necessary
- Perform safety duties and responsibilities, and comply with all the safety standards indicated in the Safety Manual
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- College graduate of Business/Industrial Engineering course
- Preferably with work experience in the automotive industry and aftersales business
- With work experience or background with body repair & paint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must know how to drive, with valid (AB) driver's license
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
