Develop and manage detailed project work schedules
Prepare and implement effective manpower planning strategies
Review, interpret, and ensure compliance with shop drawings
Direct and oversee MEP contractors to achieve project goals
Create and monitor S-curves to track project progress
Strong understanding of lift, escalator, firefighting, and electronic systems
Requirements :
Preferred to have experience working with contractors on high-rise building projects such as apartments, office towers, business lofts, hospitals, shopping malls, and others
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 8 years of experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)
Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works
Ability to manage and supervise contractors effectively
Capable of preparing weekly and monthly reports
Understanding of project quality standards, especially in the MEP field
