Marketing Manager - is responsible for planning, developing, and executing strategies that promote a company’s products or services. Their main goal is to attract customers, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and create effective marketing strategies to promote products or services
- Set clear goals and objectives aligned with company targets
- Organize and execute advertising campaigns (online and offline)
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
- Study market trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Identify opportunities for growth and new markets
- Maintain and strengthen the company’s brand image
- Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
- Track and evaluate campaign results using data and analytics
- Adjust strategies based on performance and feedback
- Plan and control the marketing budget
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI)
- Supervise marketing staff and coordinate with other departments (sales, design, etc.)
- Ensure teamwork and smooth workflow
- Manage social media, email marketing, websites, and online ads
- Improve online presence and customer engagement
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or sales.
- Proven experience in handling marketing campaigns and projects
- Leadership or supervisory experience is often preferred
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
- Knowledge of digital marketing (social media, SEO, email marketing, online ads)
- Ability to analyze data and interpret market trends
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of graphic design or content creation tools is a plus
