Key Responsilities:
- Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll.
- Enter and validate employee data, time records, and payroll adjustments.
- Help compute overtime, holiday pay, and leave adjustments.
- Assist in the preparation of government remittance reports (SSS, PhilHealth, PAGIBIG, and BIR).
- Maintain payroll files and documentation for audit purposes.
- Assist in responding to employee payroll inquiries.
- Support the Payroll Officer in payroll reconciliation and month-end closing.
- Perform other payroll-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in payroll administration or a related HR/accounting function.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and other data analysis functions.
- Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, payroll regulations, and mandatory government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive payroll information.
