Responsibilities
Produce 2D (technical) and 3D drawing for Shop-in-Shop, Retail Unit Store, and Bazaar
Maintaining store condition (interior, exterior, electrical)
Make schedule/timeline for store repairment and maintenance
Make weekly report for store maintenance
Maintaining store asset properties data
Liaise with contractor and vendor in order to complete the tasks
Administration (SPK and PO)
Make a regular schedule for store visits in order to check on store condition and make reports as per visit
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
Proficient in AutoCad, SketchUp, V-Ray rendering/3D max
Able to operate Microsoft Office apps (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Have a good knowledge of finishing material specification
Must be a good team player with the ability to work independently as well as liaise with internal team, contractor, and vendor
Communicative and detail oriented
Able to work under tight schedule, good in time management
Ready for site duty during fit out progress both in or outstation city
Willing to do administration/paper work for the project or tasks in charged
