Responsibility:
Manage and control the daily operation of the Finance ,Accounting and Tax Department, including monthly closing, stock opname, AP/AR, cash management and tax.
Oversee the preparation of all financial accounting and tax report.
Review regularly (monthly & yearly) finance, accounting, tax and cash management.
Coordinate and facilitate external auditors to prepare financial statements based on GAAP / PSAK.
Define and ensure performance measurement systems for evaluating the effectiveness of asset utilization.
Develop policies and financial procedure based on regulation.
Provide leadership and guidance to finance , accounting and tax's team
Requirement:
Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting from reputable universities
Have a Certified of Chartered Accountant (CA) / Certified Public Accountant (will be plus point).
Having minimum 5 years experience in the same position (manager level.
Having minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in reputable public accounting firm
Experienced with Oracle
Good knowledge about income tax and VAT or Brevet A & B.
Good leadership, high initiative, and detail oriented.
