Performa Optima Group is currently looking for a Finance Manager, who will be responsible for overseeing the Group's day-to-day financial operations, comprehensive cost reporting, and budgeting, while strengthening internal controls to support our multisegment distribution network across Indonesia.


Job Responsibilities & Requirements


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Oversee the local Company’s day-to-day accounting and finance activities, focusing on accurate and timely costing.
  2. Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely collections and payments.
  3. Lead the monthly closing of accounts, ensuring the timely preparation and submission of comprehensive cost reports and analysis.
  4. Spearhead and coordinate the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts related to the commercial entity.
  5. Develop, implement, and maintain systems, procedures, policies, and internal controls related to the commercial entity.
  6. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, legal counsel, bankers, corporate secretaries, and relevant local government authorities to ensure compliance and address costing-related financial reporting matters.
  7. Manage basic HR responsibilities, including employee record-keeping and performance evaluations.
  8. Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.


REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Degree in Accountancy or equivalent from a reputable university.
  2. Preferably with a CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification.
  3. More than 5 years of relevant and practical experience in a trading or corporate environment.
  4. Comfortable working independently and coordinating with external legal, banking, and tax advisors.
  5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sharp attention to detail.
  7. Ability to collaborate with finance leadership to improve processes.
