Job Description
Process purchase requests for vessel spare parts, consumables, fuel-related supplies, and operational equipment.
Source suppliers and request quotations.
Compare quotations and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and monitor deliveries.
Coordinate with the Technical and Operations teams to fulfill vessel requirements.
Maintain procurement documents and supplier records.
Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
Prepare procurement reports and cost analysis.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Accounting, Maritime, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Procurement or Purchasing.
Able to source suppliers, compare quotations, and negotiate with vendors.
Familiar with procurement processes and purchasing documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Experience in the shipping, marine, or offshore industry is an advantage.
