Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field.
Experience
1–3+ years of experience in:
Payment Gateway
Payment Service Provider (PSP)
Direct Carrier Billing
Digital Payments
E-commerce Payments
Banking Payment Systems
Experience working with payment providers such as Xendit, Midtrans, DOKU, Faspay, Nicepay, or telcos is highly preferred.
Experience managing merchant onboarding and payment integrations.
Approach and onboard new potential partners by offering payment solutions to expand business opportunities.
Monitor and analyse sales revenue, transaction volume, and performance metrics of partners and telco operator, including identifying increases and declines in sales to optimize business strategies.
Prepare reports and monthly settlement for Partner and submit for invoice issuance.
