Job Summary
We are looking for customer-focused and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will assist customers by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering excellent customer service through various communication channels. This is a seasonal position with a four-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and account-related concerns.
Document customer interactions following company procedures.
Meet quality, productivity, and performance standards.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
College graduates are welcome to apply; no BPO experience required.
College undergraduates with at least two years completed (no back subjects/backlogs) must have at least six months of BPO experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
Willing to work on-site at Vertis North, Quezon City.
Compensation and Benefits
Earn up to ?22,000 per month.
?25,000 completion bonus, subject to company terms and conditions.
