Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for a 4-month seasonal account. In this role, you will assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing excellent customer service through phone, chat, or email while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and account-related concerns.
Resolve customer issues by following company policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Meet performance and quality standards while delivering excellent customer service.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
College graduate with no BPO experience required; or
College undergraduate (at least 2 years completed with no back subjects) with at least 6 months of BPO experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, if required.
Willing to work at Vertis North, Quezon City.
Compensation & Benefits:
Earn up to ?22,000 per month
