Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all HR & GA functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational excellence.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, SOPs, and systems to build a structured, efficient, and scalable organization.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compensation & benefits, performance management, learning & development, employee relations, and offboarding.
Drive organizational development, employee engagement, and company culture initiatives to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
Oversee General Affairs operations, including office facilities, assets, vendors, and workplace support services.
Partner with management by providing strategic workforce planning, organizational mapping, and people-related recommendations through data-driven analysis.
Lead, coach, and develop the HRGA team while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and continuous process improvement through HRIS and digitalization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Law, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources & General Affairs, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience managing end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, performance management, organizational development, employee relations, culture & engagement, and General Affairs.
Strong HR operations skill and strategic thinking with the ability to build HR systems, improve processes, and provide organizational mapping with a helicopter view.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead, coach, support, and develop teams while driving change and business objectives.
Proficient in HRIS and HR analytics, with a strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
