Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Legal Management,
Engineering Management, or related field.
At least 1–3 years of experience in document control, administration, project coordination, legal
support, construction support, or renewable energy project support.
Experience in renewable energy, construction, engineering, legal, real estate, or government
permitting is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, PDF tools, cloud storage, and spreadsheet
trackers.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
Organized, reliable, proactive, and able to follow up consistently.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willing to assist with occasional site visits, government agency submissions, or external
meetings when required.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with DOE, NGCP, DENR, DAR, NCIP, LGU, ERC, BOI, and other Philippine regulatory
documentation.
Experience maintaining virtual data rooms or project document repositories.
Basic understanding of contracts, permits, corporate documents, and technical reports.
Ability to prepare clean trackers, checklists, meeting minutes, and document summaries.
Good coordination skills with consultants, engineers, lawyers, landowners, and government
offices
