Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop Bill of Quantities (BOQ/RAB).
- Review and interpret technical/construction drawings.
- Estimate project costs and prepare budget calculations.
- Monitor and evaluate project progress against budget and cost planning.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure cost efficiency throughout project execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor (candidates with more experience are welcome).
- Experienced in handling industrial, factory, warehouse, and infrastructure projects.
- Able to prepare RAB/BOQ and perform cost estimation accurately.
- Proficient in reading technical and construction drawings.
- Willing to adjust working hours based on project requirements.
