Main Task:
- Microsoft & Cloud Infrastructure: Administer and optimize global on-premises and cloud environments, focusing on Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows Server, and Unified Communications.
- Virtualization & Citrix: Manage and optimize global Citrix environments (XenDesktop, XenApp, NetScaler) alongside Hyper-V and VMware virtualization platforms.
- Endpoint & Support Management: Provide Tier 2/3 infrastructure support, manage end-user systems globally, and handle hardware/software deployments and upgrades.
- IT Security & Operations: Monitor system performance, ensure reliable day-to-day operations, maintain technical documentation, and enforce cybersecurity controls and endpoint security solutions.
- Automation & Global Collaboration: Develop PowerShell automation scripts to drive operational efficiency and collaborate with global IT teams and vendors on infrastructure rollouts.
Qualification:
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Technology or related discipline
- Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist, System Administrator, or Application Developer with several years of relevant professional experience
- Min. 2–3 years of experience administering Microsoft Windows Server environments and Azure infrastructure
- Experience supporting enterprise IT environments in a medium-sized or large organization
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly desirable
- Willing to be placed in Pasuruan, East Java
