This is a dynamic and creative role where?you’ll?conceptualize?designs and produce?specifications?for factories?for licensed?homeware products?across the?EMEA region.?You’ll?work closely with?Sr Design Manager, as well as our?licensing?and production teams to ensure that all?designs?are?visually compelling, brand-compliant, and production-ready.? The ideal candidate is a talented designer with a keen eye for detail, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to balance creativity with accuracy.?You’ll?thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy contributing ideas during creative brainstorms and cross-functional collaborations.
Responsibilities:
- Working on customer briefs?suited for the EMEA handwriting?
- Work cross-functionally with other teams?
- Assist?in?trend research and market analysis to help shape seasonal direction?
- Artworking?designs for both licensor approval and factory ready?specification?
- Bachelor’s degree?in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or?a related?field.?
- 2+ years of experience?as a Designer or Artworker, ideally within a?licensed design?or?consumer products?environment.?
- proficiency?in?Adobe Creative Suite?(Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).?
- Demonstrated ability to apply?brand guidelines?accurately across?designs?
- Knowledge of?manufacturing?processes and materials?a plus?
- Keen?attention to detail?and quick learner?
- Licensing experience?or familiarity with licensed consumer goods is a?plus?
- Collaborative and proactive communicator with strong?organizational?skills.
- Amenable to work 3:00PM–12:00AM, Monday to Friday?
