What You'll Do:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles simultaneously
Source and identify candidates through job portals, social media, and talent networks
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and internal hiring teams
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process
Requirements:
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply, preferably with prior internship experience in recruitment or HR
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple requisitions at once
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with job portals is a plus
