We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Human Executive Assistant (HEA) to provide administrative and executive support while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related field.
- Preferably Cum Laude or with outstanding academic achievements.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Can work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and executive support.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and official documents.
