Kualifikasi : 

  • Pendidikan minimal D3 bidang teknik informatika, sistem informasi, ilmu komputer, teknologi informasi, statistika, matematika, teknik industri atau jurusan setara terkait bidang studi Information Technology.
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun di bidang Database Administrator.
  • Memiliki sertifikasi profesional atau training yang terkait platform database (MS SQL, Oracle, Postgresql, IBM DB2, Elasticsearch, MariaDB, MongoDB, Apache HBASE, Teradata, Hive & Impala, HDFS). Untuk level senior dilengkapi dengan Certification DBA
  • Memiliki pengalaman dan menguasai di level advanced / professional terkait platform database (MS SQL, Oracle, Postgresql, IBM DB2, Elasticsearch, MariaDB, MongoDB, Apache HBASE, Teradata, Hive & Impala, HDFS). Untuk level Senior dilengkapi dengan Certification DBA
  • Menguasai query dan optimasi SQL & NOSQL (database cluster & non-cluster)
  • Menguasai configuration dan optimasi platform data (high availability dan clustering)
  • Menguasai tools yang digunakan untuk menjalankan daily operations seperti ELK Stack, Grafana, DB Monitoring, Confluence, JIRA
  • Menguasai proses automasi (monitoring, alert, notification, analisis) terkait dengan platform dan database
  • Menguasai performance improvement dan tuning pada database untuk memenuhi kebutuhan platform
  • Melakukan pengecekan di level detail object database untuk mengidentifikasi suatu atau potensi issue problem.
  • Memiliki kemampuan menentukan solusi permanen sebagai langkah solving issue maupun langkah perbaikan berkelanjutan
  • Melakukan analisis data growth dan database statistic untuk memberikan suggestion terkait capacity planning dan management
  • Mampu menyusun dan mempresentasikan analisa, rekomendasi & insight terkait sistem database secara keseluruhan kepada tim teknis dan bisnis atau non- teknis dalam bentuk presentasi, dokumen, atau reguler report
