Key responsibilities :
Develop and implement comprehensive open banking strategies and initiatives aligned with regulatory requirements and market opportunities
Manage relationships with external partners, fintech companies and other financial institutions to facilitate API integrations and data sharing
Oversee the technical architecture and governance of open banking platforms, ensuring security, compliance and scalability
Lead cross-functional teams to design and deploy interlink solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
Monitor and analyse performance metrics of open banking initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with Bank Indonesia regulations, data protection standards and industry best practices for open banking
Collaborate with product, technology and risk management teams to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage
Maintain documentation and maintain audit trails for all open banking operations and third-party integrations
Provide thought leadership on open banking trends, emerging technologies and strategic opportunities within the financial services sector
What we're looking for :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in banking operations, digital banking, fintech or related financial services roles
Proven expertise in open banking frameworks, API management and financial data integration
Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance requirements and data security standards specific to Indonesia and ASEAN region
Demonstrated experience managing relationships with technology partners and third-party financial institutions
Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from conception to implementation
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in English and Indonesian; knowledge of other regional languages is advantageous
Experience with digital transformation initiatives and change management in banking environments
Knowledge of payment systems, e-wallets and mobile banking technologies is preferred
Certification in banking operations, fintech or related professional credentials would strengthen your application
