About the role
As a Strategic Planning Assistant Manager at PT Samindo Resources Tbk, you will be responsible for managing corporate planning activities, conducting business analysis, coordinating strategy implementation, and monitoring business performance in alignment with the Company’s strategic objectives. This is a full-time position with a 3-month probation period, based in South Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage subsidiary performance analysis by reviewing financial, operational, and strategic indicators.

  • Evaluate subsidiary business plans, budgets, targets, and actual performance to identify gaps, risks and improvement opportunities.

  • Prepare consolidated business review reports, strategic analysis, and management presentation materials.

  • Conduct financial and operational analysis to assess subsidiary performance, efficiency and long-term business sustainability.

  • Monitor subsidiary key performance indicators, business progress and strategic initiatives.

  • Coordinate with subsidiaries to gather data, validate business information, and follow up on key business issues.

  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to management based on subsidiary performance analysis.

What we're looking for

  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Management or related fields from a reputable university.

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate planning, business analysis, financial analysis, performance management or related roles.

  • Preferably experienced in mining or holding company.

  • Strong ability to analyze subsidiary financial and operational performance.

  • Good understanding of business planning, budgeting and performance evaluation.

  • Able to review business plans, targets, actual performance, identify gaps, risks and improvement areas.

  • Strong analytical thinking, business acumen and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, especially for business analysis, reporting, and management presentation.

  • Willing to undertake business trips as required.
