Job Accountabilities


  • Discuss with Regional Marketing Heads (RMHs) on a daily/weekly basis to review sales performance and identify customer-wise and product-wise shortfalls.

  • Capture remarks, action plans, and follow-up status for all identified gaps.

  • Prepare and circulate weekly and monthly Marketing MIS reports and dashboards.

  • Track customer-wise performance, 7x7 matrix, A & B customers, and Trader vs Direct business mix.

  • Create management presentations (PPTs), review decks, and Go-To-Market (GTM) documents.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data availability.
