Role and Responsibilities:
As a Preschool Teacher, you’ll help young children (ages 2 years old to 5 years old) grow and learn in a fun, caring way. Your main tasks include:
Creating and leading fun, age-appropriate activities and lessons to support children’s growth in social, emotional, physical, and thinking skills.
Keeping the classroom safe, clean, and exciting to encourage kids to explore and learn.
Building strong, friendly relationships with children, parents, and coworkers through clear communication and regular updates on each child’s progress.
Observing how each child grows and learns, using this to plan personalized activities for them.
Fostering a warm, welcoming classroom where kids feel curious, creative, and excited to learn.
Working with other teachers and staff to plan special events, trips, and activities that involve parents.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or a related education field.
Willing to be placed in BSD area.
Experience working with kids aged 2 years to 5 years in a school or daycare is a plus.
Good English speaking and writing skills.
Knowledge of how young children grow and learn, plus effective teaching methods for their age.
Passion for teaching young kids and helping them love learning.
Great communication and people skills to connect with kids, parents, and coworkers.
First Aid and CPR certification (we’ll provide training if you don’t have it).
