We're looking for a Seller Support Associate to provide exceptional support to online sellers through chat, email, and occasional voice interactions. This is a blended account consisting of 90% non-voice and 10% voice responsibilities. You'll assist sellers by resolving account concerns, order issues, policy inquiries, and platform-related concerns while delivering a positive customer experience.
- Provide timely and accurate support to sellers via chat, email, and occasional phone calls.
- Resolve account, order, payment, and platform-related concerns.
- Investigate seller issues and provide appropriate solutions based on company policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
- Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, seller policies, and process changes.
- College Graduate with at least 3 months of Customer-Facing Experience (CFE); OR
- Associate Graduate with at least 1 year of Customer-Facing Experience (CFE).
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne.
- Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
