We are a fast-growing cosmetics brand management company operating across multiple channels: online e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop), B2B distribution, and marketing & brand promotion. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Senior General Accountant who will responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping and the general ledger, bank and e-commerce platform reconciliation, inventory & COGS accounting, AP processing, and preparing data for monthly tax filings (filed via the external consultant). The key role turning business data into accurate books.
Key Responsibilities :
Daily bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, journal entries.
Bank reconciliation; monthly reconciliation of each platform's (Shopee, TikTok) settlement reports from gross sales down to actual bank receipts.
Inventory & COGS: landed cost of imports, batches, expiry, stock counts.
AP processing: supplier reconciliation and payment preparation.
Prepare and check data for monthly filings: PPh 21/23, PPN input/output, and reconciliation of PPh 22 collection proofs (bukti pemungutan).
Support month-end close and maintain the fixed-asset register.
Requirements :
Bachelor's in Accounting; 2–4 years accounting experience.
Proficient in an accounting system (Accurate common in Indonesia; or SAP, etc.).
Understands basic tax logic (PPh, PPN filing); familiarity with Coretax / e-Faktur a plus.
Strong reconciliation skills, detail-oriented; proficient in Excel.
Languages: Bahasa Indonesia required; English or Mandarin a plus.
