- Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
- Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SSOP, HACCP, and company quality procedures.
- Identify quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain accurate quality records and inspection reports.
- Monitor sanitation, hygiene, and proper handling practices in production.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality concerns.
- Assist during internal, external, and regulatory audits.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and food safety.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or any related field
- At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control is preferred
- Understanding of quality standards and specification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality documentation
