Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Oversee the full accounting cycle, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Bank Reconciliation.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and financial planning.
Affiliate Companies
Handle accounting and financial reporting for affiliate companies.
Prepare consolidated financial data and inter company reconciliations.
Monitor inter company transactions and ensure proper documentation.
Tax
Prepare and perform monthly tax reconciliations for consultant
Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including VAT (PPN), Withholding Tax (PPh), and Corporate Income Tax.
Prepare tax reports and support tax audits.
Coordinate with external tax consultants and government authorities when required.
HR Administration
Oversee payroll processing and ensure payroll accuracy.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support employee on boarding, attendance, leave administration, and benefits administration.
Handle BPJS
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 2 years in a Senior or Supervisor role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and Indonesian taxation.
Experience handling financial matters for multiple entities or affiliate companies.
Familiar with payroll administration and HR processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Accurate
Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
