Remote Recruitment is hiring a Legal Secretary to provide high-quality administrative support to a UK-based legal team. Fully remote from South Africa, you'll manage documents, correspondence, and diary coordination with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
- Manage solicitor diaries, schedule client meetings, and coordinate court deadlines
- Open and maintain client files and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Liaise with clients, courts, and third parties on behalf of fee earners
- Handle billing, disbursements, and general administrative tasks
What You'll Need
- 2+ years of legal secretarial experience, ideally in a UK law firm
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word including track changes and document formatting
- Strong written English and professional telephone manner
- Reliable internet and a quiet home workspace

- Salary: R25,000 per month
