About the role
We are seeking a Daily Worker Contract Steward to join our team at PT. SSP TAURUS GEMILANG INDONESIA' in Kuta, Bali on a contract basis. As a Steward, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our kitchen and dining areas, playing a crucial role in supporting our culinary team and delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
What you'll be doing
Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and dining areas
Washing and sanitising all dishes, utensils, and equipment to the highest standards
Assisting the culinary team with food preparation tasks as needed
Restocking and organising supplies and inventory
Ensuring the proper storage and handling of all food items
Adhering to all health and safety regulations and protocols
Providing excellent customer service to our guests
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar role within the hospitality or food service industry
Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining a clean and organised work environment
Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods of time
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude
Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards
