Prominest is a premium ready-to-drink bird's nest brand focused on wellness and modern lifestyle. We are looking for a proactive Affiliate Specialist to grow our affiliate network and drive sales through creator partnerships. Your main goal is to find the right creators, maintain good relationships, and ensure they consistently promote our products on TikTok and Shopee.
What'll You Do:
- Actively find and recruit new affiliates/KOLs (nano, micro, and macro) that align with our brand and target audience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top-performing affiliates to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Manage the end-to-end sample distribution process, from creator selection and shipping to tracking video/live output.
- Set up and manage affiliate plans (Open, Targeted, or Managed Plans) in TikTok Shop and Shopee Affiliate portals.
- Provide creators with clear product USPs, campaign schedules, and creative briefs to ensure high-quality content.
- Track daily affiliate sales, analyze which creators drive the best ROI, and identify "winning" content.
- Manage affiliate communication channels (WhatsApp/Telegram groups) to share promos, best practices, and new arrivals.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years in Affiliate Marketing, KOL Management, or Community Management (specifically within the TikTok & Shopee ecosystem).
- Deep understanding of TikTok Shop Seller Center (Affiliate tab) and Shopee Affiliate Program dashboards.
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to "pitch" our brand to creators and negotiate commission rates effectively.
- Able to manage hundreds of chats/leads and track sample logistics without losing data.
- Understands that the end goal is conversion and revenue, not just brand awareness.
- Capable of following up with creators persistently but professionally to ensure content is posted.
