Job Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Customs, or related field.
• Proficient in Mandarin (oral & reading) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• At least 1 years of experience in customs documentation (PPJK, PIB, PEB).
• Proficient in CEISA 4.0 and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledgeable in Indonesian customs regulations.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and submit import (PIB) and export (PEB) customs documents accurately and on time.
2. Act as a liaison with customs authorities, clients, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth clearance processes.
3. Review shipment documents (BL, Invoice, Packing List, etc.) to ensure compliance with customs regulations.
4. Monitor shipment status and provide updates to internal teams and clients regarding customs clearance.
5. Resolve any issues related to customs documentation or clearance efficiently and promptly.
6. Maintain accurate records of all customs documents and reporting in line with company SOPs.
7. Support the export and import operations team in regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.Handled customs documentation (PIB/PEB), ensured regulatory compliance, coordinated clearance processes, and monitored shipment status.
