Job Description :
Reporting to the CPQ Development Lead, this role supports the delivery and improvement of VENTORA's CPQ solutions and related business applications. You will resolve issues, deliver enhancements, and contribute hands-on technical work across coding, configuration, testing, and documentation. Practical experience with Python, React, and Node.js is expected, along with familiarity with GitHub, VS Code, and AI-assisted development tools. You will work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, so strong communication skills are essential. A service-focused mindset and commitment to quality are key to success in this role.
What we are looking for:
Min. S1 in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Min. 1–2 years experience in technical support, IT operations, or software development
Familiar with Python, React, GitHub, or similar tools
Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
Has interest in automation and AI tools
Experience with CPQ, ERP, or Salesforce is a plus
Familiar with Power BI or other automation tools is a plus
What you will be doing :
Fix issues and deliver improvements to the CPQ system
Write code, run tests, and troubleshoot problems
Use Python and React to build fixes and small features
Work in GitHub and VS Code, and use AI tools to work faster
Talk to internal teams to understand what they need and keep them updated
Write clear notes and documentation for your work
Look for ways to improve how the team works
Raise blockers or risks early
