As we grow, we’re seeking dedicated Part Service Sales Representatives to join our team in multiple branch locations nationwide. This role is vital in providing exceptional service and ensuring customers have access to the genuine John Deere parts they need.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell genuine John Deere parts to customers, ensuring they receive the right solutions for their equipment.
Address customer inquiries, provide parts recommendations, and assist with identifying specific parts requirements.
Monitor branch stock levels, coordinate with the inventory team, and ensure timely availability of parts.
Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Manage order entries and ensure accurate, timely processing of parts orders.
Stay updated on product knowledge, market demands, and competitor offerings to better serve customers.
Work closely with the Service and Sales departments to provide comprehensive support and ensure customer needs are fully met.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum of 2 years in parts sales, preferably within the agricultural, automotive, or heavy equipment industry.
Familiarity with agricultural machinery and parts, especially John Deere equipment, is highly advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Ability to manage orders accurately and maintain organized records.
Capable of understanding and meeting diverse customer needs with appropriate parts solutions.
Works well with cross-functional teams to provide a seamless experience for customers.
Flexible to travel anywhere to meet clients and attend industry events.
Has a type A or C driving license; own vehicle is a plus
Preferably a local resident.
