We have an exciting opportunity for a Food Program Processorto join our team!As a Food Program Processor,you'llhandle thetimelycompletion ofCACFP(Child and Adult Care Food Program)paperwork and verification to ensure compliance with program requirementsand seek opportunities to improve reimbursements and minimize disallowances.
Responsibilities:
Audit and review documentation and systems related to attendance, meals, family income information, and meal preparation, ensuringaccurateandtimelysubmission of all required reportsin accordance withestablished guidelines
Complete data entry and tracking worksheets related to Licensing, Child Supervision Records, CACFP(Child and Adult Care Food Program), and other KinderCare compliance programs
Transferdataaccuratelyfromoriginaldocumentationinto software systems
Build collaborative relationships withfieldadministrators to optimallyidentifyand address compliance concerns and reimbursement opportunities
Adapt to process and assignment changes anddemonstrateflexibility to learn new procedures
Qualifications:
High school diplomarequired
Clerical,office,and/or bookkeeping experience preferred
10-Keyproficiency
Exhibit professional and effective written and verbal communication skills
