Key Responsibilities
Administer and support trading platforms
Provide support to front-office users .
Coverage: New Zealand, Australia, Singapore operations (internal and externa customers)
Troubleshoot and escalate issues
Work independently during early hours
Ideal Candidate
Operations-focused background
Strong communication skills
Customer-service mindset (able to manage Front-Office brokers)
Reliable and independent
Financial services exposure (preferred)
IT literate, Basic network tracing. Familiarity with system log and xml analysis and System administration, Data processing, MS Office conversant.
Good attention to detail.
A good balance of technical and social skills.
Amenable in the following work set up:
Rotational shifts schedule, weekend/Public Holiday work required
5-day full onsite work week
4:00 AM Manila time (start of shift)/ with transpo allowance and night differential premium eligibility .
