Ensuring products are delivered to warehouse from monitoring customs clearance to preparing duty/tax payments.
Prepare and submit Surat Keterangan Impor (SKI) and Laporan Surveyor (LS) on every shipments before vessel arrived.
Responsible for Makanan Luar (ML) number registration on Indonesian Food and Drug Authority (BPOM) and future renewal process.
Submit or renew Halal certification on Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal (BPJPH)
Stay updated on regulatory changes from BPJPH, BPOM, Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DJBC) and other relevant authorities.
Prepare and maintain shipment monitoring, ensure documentation compliance for internal audits and external regulatory inspections.
Liaise with internal team to update on import schedules and regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain good relationship with external stakeholders, government agencies, customs authorities, and certification bodies (eg. Third-Party Logistics (3PL) provider, BPJPH and BPOM).
Job specification
Degree holder in Business or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years experience in supply chain management, familiar with 3rd party logistic, warehouse and distribution.
Strong in importation and operational management.
Experience on regulatory (LS & SKI submission, BPOM registration and Halal Renewal).
Displays potential for taking initiative and with inter-personal and communication skills.
Independent, self-motivated and determined to succeed in a challenging environment.
Displays strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willing to travel out-station and overseas when required.
