Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales team in maintaining and updating customer and sales data in CRM systems.
- Support daily administrative tasks related to sales activities, including preparing quotations, contracts, and sales documents.
- Monitor and track sales pipelines, customer follow-ups, and project progress.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, performance dashboards, and business updates.
- Conduct market and prospect research to support sales initiatives and business development activities.
- Organize and maintain sales records, customer databases, and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of sales operations and customer onboarding processes.
- Assist in analyzing sales data and identifying trends to support decision-making.
Requirements:
- 3rd Year Student, Final Year Student, or Fresh Graduate from any major (Business, Management, Marketing, Communication, or related fields are preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiar with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides) or Microsoft Office.
- Result-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Available to join ASAP.
- Willing to work from office (WFO)
