Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the ship's clear in and clear out process
- Input document in SIMLALA
- Oversee accuracy and compliance of shipping and customs documents (PIB, L/C, COO, Shipping Instruction, Insurance, etc.)
- Ensure that all ship documents comply with legal and maritime regulatory requirements
- Monitoring the validity of ship certificates and licenses and coordinating renewals if necessary
- Creating a Sea Freight Agreement Letter (SPAL) and shipping instruction issued to the cargo owner or shipper
- Conducting a review of the Maritime Transportation Agreement (SPAL) and ensuring the completeness of legal documents for commercial transactions by storing each physical and electronic document in the designated folder
- Managing and monitoring the ship's clear in and clear out process
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Academy Maritime / bachelor's degree (Management of Marine Logistics, ANT II)
- Min 2 years of experience in shipping or logistics
- Knowledge of export/import procedures and related documentation
- Familiar with systems and Microsoft Office
- Updated with customs regulations and port procedures
- Able to Communication in English
