Requirements :
- Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent (Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related majors are preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Public Relations, Marketing, Customer Relations, Social Media, F&B, or related fields.
- Experience in building relationships with customers, communities, or handling promotional activities is a plus.
- Able to maintain and enhance a positive coffee shop brand image.
- Understand basic concepts of branding, marketing, and customer engagement.
- Creative in developing promotional ideas, campaigns, and activities to increase brand awareness.
- Strong ability to build relationships with communities, customers, influencers, and external parties.
- Possess good problem-solving skills and able to handle customer feedback or complaints professionally.
- Basic knowledge of social media management and content creation is a plus.
- Well-groomed, confident, communicative, and has a positive attitude.
- Willing to work on shifts and participate in coffee shop activities/events.
