Oversee daily branch operations for both conventional banking and Web3-related services, ensuring excellent customer experience and operational efficiency. Supervise and support frontliner teams, monitor service quality and compliance, handle escalated customer issues, and drive the achievement of branch performance targets. Support the implementation of digital financial initiatives while ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any accredited university
Minimum 3 years of experience in banking, digital banking, fintech, financial services, or branch operations
Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory, team leader, or equivalent role
Strong understanding of branch operations, customer service, and operational compliance
Basic understanding of, or strong interest in, Web3, blockchain, digital assets, cryptocurrency, or decentralized finance (DeFi)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented with a service excellence mindset
Able to lead teams in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Passionate about digital innovation and the future of financial services
Proficient in Microsoft Office
English proficiency is an advantage
Willing to be placed in South Jakarta
