About the role
We are looking for an experienced wealth management professional, either as a Relationship Manager, Senior RM, or Team Lead from banking, securities, asset management, or APERD. This role focuses on managing HNWI/UHNWI relationships, growing AUM, and bringing long-term client trust into the Kaya ecosystem.


Key responsibilities

  1. Manage and grow relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs), while transitioning their investment portfolios to the Kaya ecosystem.

  2. Develop and expand a strong network of prospective HNWI/UHNWI clients through referrals, personal networks, and business development initiatives.

  3. Provide tailored investment recommendations based on each client's financial objectives, investment horizon, and risk profile.

  4. Act as a trusted wealth advisor by confidently presenting KayaSmart+ and explaining its AI-driven portfolio management approach in a clear and compelling manner.

  5. Drive Assets Under Management (AUM) growth by achieving new client acquisition and portfolio expansion targets.

  6. Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Product teams to develop client presentation materials, investment proposals, and client retention strategies.

  7. Build long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional, personalized service and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and retention.

  8. Ensure all client onboarding, investment advisory, and sales activities are conducted in accordance with OJK regulations and internal compliance standards.


What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Relationship Manager, Senior Relationship Manager, or Head of RM/Team Lead in Private Banking, Priority Banking, securities, asset management, or another APERD company.

  2. Active WAPERD license or WMI license.

  3. Proven and verifiable track record in achieving sales targets, AUM growth, and client acquisition goals.

  4. Strong relationship network among business owners, senior executives, entrepreneurs, or High-Net-Worth Individuals.

  5. Deep understanding of capital market products, including equity mutual funds, balanced funds, money market funds, and asset allocation concepts.

  6. Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills, especially when dealing with C-suite clients, entrepreneurs, and HNWI clients.

  7. High integrity and strong understanding of compliance principles within the financial services industry.

  8. Plus Point: Existing HNWI client base, experience leading RM teams, familiarity with digital investment platforms or robo-advisory solutions, additional certifications such as CFP/CWM, or experience handling SME owners, corporate executives, business families, or family office clients.
