Job Description:
Ensure that all distributor channels and direct selling channels can get adequate support and show performance in such a way that they can achieve the specified targets
Planning sales activities and strategies for the area under their responsibility
Planning promotions in the area under their responsibility, outside of national promotions and regional promotions
Coordinating and implementing sales, marketing and tinting programs prepared from the center
Monitoring market conditions and demand as well as competitor performance in outlets and areas under their control
Mapping outlets in the area under their control and identifying potential outlets to approach
Identifying opportunities for opening new areas / regions
Controlling the use of area budgets to match the allocated budget
Coordinating the implementation of customer complaint troubleshooting
Coordinating and ensuring repair and maintenance activities for tinting machines in the branch area under their responsibility
Processing achievement data to determine sales strategies, depth and coverage that will be implemented in the area under their responsibility
Ensuring that subordinates have inputted customer transactions (PO, discounts, payment terms, etc.) in the Epicor program properly and correctly
Ensure that billing & payment of clients and distributors can be done on time and in accordance with the established rules
Monitor the delivery of company products to company customers and ensure timely delivery according to the agreed work agreement
Ensure that RSA Mowilex in the region under its responsibility meets the established rules (in terms of attendance) and meets the set targets
Ensure that the distribution of marketing collateral and end user promo items for stores and supervision of the implementation of end user promos in stores can take place properly and on target
Conduct project improvements in internal departments and/or across divisions
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major
Possessed at least 5 years of professional work experience in the related field.
Must have a proven track record and background in Building Material Retail Sales Management.
Experienced in using MS Office to support reporting and daily operations.
